Below you will find FREE 3-Day Week, 4-Day Week and 5-Day Week workout plans for Hypertrophy (Muscle Gain) to be used over a 4-Week period.

These are based on available equipment at Impact Gym, Paddock Wood, however can be adapted to be used at any gym.
