What to Expect in a 60-Minute Session
Every session is structured to maximise results while keeping training purposeful and enjoyable.
1) Warm-Up & Movement Prep (5–10 mins)We prepare your body properly with targeted mobility, activation, and movement work specific to you and your training goals.
2) Strength, Power & Skill Work (25–35 mins)This is where the real progress happens. We focus on key lifts and athletic movements, using VBT to guide intensity, ensuring you’re working in the optimal zone for strength, power, or speed development—every session.
3) Accessories / Conditioning (10–15 mins)Targeted work to support your goal—whether that’s building muscle, improving fitness, enhancing athletic qualities, or addressing weak points.
4) Cool-Down & Progress Review (2–5 mins)We finish with a quick reset, feedback on performance, and clear direction on your progression so you know exactly what you’re building towards.
